This track is outstanding. I've known of the original 1974 version of DeVaughan's "Be Thankful For What You Got" for some time (see video above) - it was a US no 1 on the R&B chart when it was released and I love it.
However I wasn't aware of the remake of the track (video below) from 1980 which was included on DeVaughn's album Figures Can't Calculate which is a tad funkier than the original.
Finally I've included a great remix by yet another French DJ: FJK (French Kiwi Juice) on the SoundCloud below. That's three French remixes posted in a row without my planning it - go France!
