Love this video - Whitney just happened to pop into a bar on the way home from the gym for a quick lager shandy - casual day wear, no make-up, just thought she'd pop up on stage and do an impromptu performance of something she'd been working on - she didn't have a clue that someone in the audience was filming her - and the shock when someone uploaded this to You Tube! Poor Whitters.
Her voice was so different latterly - huskier and tired. I like it better than the 'peak of her fame' purer voice that she once had (before the addictions - shh!). This is a great song written for Whitney by Alicia Keys, and sampling the wonderful Loleatta Holloway's "We're Getting Stronger" (see below).
