Skeewiff (Alex Rizzo) gets it just right with "Catch You On The Rebound" - one of the tracks he's produced with Elliot Ireland for 2012's Funked If I Know - a collection of funk and groove sounds from the Pedigree Cuts label. Funked If I Know features the aforementioned Rizzo and Ireland along with Ridillo and Tom Greenwood, and is chock full of great tracks.

Amy Winehouse - You Know I'm No Good (Skeewiff Remix)
This was one of the official remixes when "YKING" was released back in 2007 as the second single from Back to Black. Great track, great remix (yet again) from Skeewiff.

Sir Tuner
In October I posted ElectroSound's brilliant mash of MIA's "XXXO" and Mikke Snow's "The Rabbit"
ElectroSound has subsequently been in touch to say... 'Thank you very much! Your blog is really cool! cheers ;)'
You're welcome ElectroSound. Glad you're enjoying TheFineTuner.
Also Skeewiff got in touch after I posted his version of the "Theme from Dave Allen" to say... 'Many many thanks for the blog loving Sir Tuner'
Sir Tuner - I love it. I shall now refuse to respond to anyone unless I am addressed in this way.
With best wishes and ideas above my station,
Sir Tuner

Skeewiff: Theme From Dave Allen
And while I was sniffing around Skeewiff's SoundCloud I found his rather splendid version of the theme from the 1970's BBC TV show Dave Allen At Large. This brings back childhood memories of sitting in my parents' living room watching the telly, and of a time when it was perfectly acceptable for your TV host to be smoking and drinking whilst presenting their show.
Someone called Fat Harry has summed up Skeewiff's music in the following charming way...
"It’s time to be impregnated by His majesty the wall of sonic fertility that is the monster master of funk, Sir Skeewiff. Before you can make any kind of remonstration he will gently relieve you of all your undercrackers and generously smother your nether and tether regions in lashings of sweet chutney funk. Thank god it’s autumn or you’d be covered in swarms of wasps eager to get their chops sunk into your tart and fruity sweetmeats." Rihanna vs Skeewiff: Diamonds De Amour (KAYPOD Blend)
Kaypod's taken Skeewiff's "Mentira De Amor" and overlaid it with Rihanna's vocals from "Diamonds" and come up with something quite lovely.
